Meet Katrina Markoff, Executive Chef and Creator of Vosges Haut-Chocolat during her personal appearance. Katrina trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and creates indulgent chocolates in her Chicago kitchen. Inspired by rare spices, flowers and other ingredients discovered during her extensive travels throughout the world, Katrina delights the palette with her unique creations.
